A once a year payment that equals the amount of the average computer repair bill is something we are currently working on and hope to be offering this by the middle of this year (2010). This will allow users to sign-up and receive service at no charge for that paid period. Account holders may bring in the computer or laptop for help\assistance up to 36 times per year.
